Workshop for Tango Dancers: a responsive core supports balance, stability and connection in Tango. It helps your movement feel more grounded, coordinated, and free.

What to expect
In this workshop, we will explore how the core supports your Tango movement. You’ll learn about different aspects of core engagement - from deep support to rotation and coordination. Discover how your core works in movements such as standing, walking, turning, and extensions!
Through practical exercises and movement exploration, you’ll develop a clearer connection to your center and greater awareness of how your body organizes movement in dance.

About the teacher
Isabella is a sports scientist, fitness and climbing trainer, and certified yoga teacher, and a lecturer in sports sciences at the Technical University of Munich. Her teaching combines solid anatomical knowledge with hands-on practice and a strong focus on healthy, sustainable movement. Inspired by tango, she develops targeted exercises to improve strength, mobility, and coordination for dance.
